The information that you supply "Marquis Flowers" is considered confidential and to that extent will only be used to process your order. Information supplied will in no way be sold, shared or rented to others, but used by us to contact you in the event of delivery problems or for other reasons associated only with billing processes or filling customer orders.

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses and the use of cookies are not linked to personally identifiable information. A cookie is used on our site only to keep track of a users session, once a user closes their browser, the cookie terminates.

In rare circumstances the private information you provide may be shared with appropriate law enforcement or investigative agencies if we believe that such action is necessary to:

Currency, Tax Collection

All prices quoted on this site are in Canadian Dollars. "Marquis Flowers" collects local and federal sales tax based on the final destination of the order.

As of April 1/2006, credit card companies have informed us that we MUST collect a 3 or 4 digit security number located on the back of your credit card to process and authorize all purchases originating from telephone or internet. This is an added security measure to protect you the consumer from people fraudulently obtaining charge slips and being able then to make such purchases by telephone or using the internet. These security numbers never appear on any charge slips or are kept in any manner by our establishment. We are told by the credit card companies that this added measure of security will cut down on the levels of fraud now so common. 

Delivery, Service Charges

Local delivery charges city wide are $7.00 per delivery, local out of town vary depending on location. All orders within Canada and the U.S.A. will be assessed a service charge of $4.00. Overseas orders will have a charge of $15.00 added to item charges. Applicable sales taxes will be added.

Substitution

Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner, as well as based on the availability of fresh product. We will not send out questionable product! There shall be no change in the overall appearance of the arrangement due to this substitution, meaning similar type or shape of flowers may be used along with similar colors. In any event if substitution would change the look of the arrangement too drastically, we will notify you by e-mail to inform you of changes we feel may by acceptable for your consideration.
